1999-present	Amsterdam AtVenture Associates bv Function:                Principal Type of work: Creating business opportunities with innovative technology, business engineering and large scale change programs as well as management consulting for starting innovative companies and start ups on Strategy, Technology and Business Architecture.
2001-2005	VisionWaves (investment and participation) Function:                Managing Partner Type of work: Building and managing a young company focusing on Business Transparency as a member of the Executive Team. VisionWaves (www.visionwaves.com) creates Business Transparency for clients both with high level business consultancy, Training & Coaching (Academy) as with an IT solution, the Enterprise Management System.
2000-2001	Gartner Solista (investment and participation) Function:                Partner/Vice President Type of work: Building and managing the European organisation of Solista Global as part of the Executive Team. Solista has focussed in its 2 year existence on creating business opportunities with innovative technology that emerge in the convergence of digital channels (Internet, mobile/PDA and iTV). Solista has offices in the USA, Europe and Asia/Pacific. In October 2000 Gartner has acquired Solista as part of its strategy to become more leading edge and stronger in consultancy.
1995-1999	Nolan, Norton & Co. Function:                Senior manager Type of work: Governance models, business architecture, IT strategy and architecture, reorganizations of IT departments (50-1000 persons), coaching managers on organizational change, project management audits on large-scale organizational change projects (fl 100 mill.). Projects varied from two to nine months and were national as well as international. Internally responsible for the competence centre IT, part of taskforce “Recruitment” and responsible for the development of an alliance.
1989-1995	KPMG EDP Auditors Function: EDP audit manager Type of work: Project audits, package selection, system audits, organizational audits, contract negotiations, privacy laws, process improvement, administrative organization, management coaching. Has been involved in setting up regional offices throughout the country.
